The Namibia University of Science and Technology (Nust) on Friday conferred an honorary doctorate on Queen Martha Mwadinomho of Oukwanyama.

During the graduation ceremony in Eenhana, Mwadinomho’s leadership achievements were praised.

“In the contemporary world, characterized by complex cyclical vulnerabilities and development challenges such as poverty, food insecurity and gender inequality, she showed selfless acts that support humanity and that are rare and hence the need for this recognition,” said Vice Chancellor Nust. Erold Naomab.

“Nust is extremely proud and honored to be associated with her,” Naomab added.

The honorary doctorate conferred on him is in the field of leadership philosophy and change management.
